Children Policy

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Children up to and including 2 years old can stay free of charge when using an available cot.
• Extra beds are available for guests of any age at an additional charge of €10 per person per night, depending on availability.

Guest Requirements

• There is no minimum age requirement for guests.
• Guests must provide a valid phone number when making a reservation.
• Guests are not required to provide address details during booking.
• There is no curfew.

House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
• Pets are allowed.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 22:00 and 08:00.

Long Stay Policy

• Long-term stays are accepted.
• Reservations longer than 30 nights are allowed, up to a maximum stay of 90 nights.

Additional Charges & Damages

• No additional fees or charges apply unless clearly stated during the booking process.
• No damage deposit or separate damage policy is required.

Access & Arrivals

• Guests should contact the host before arrival to receive instructions for accessing the property.
